Client Support / Detail Orientation

You will have a dedicated Account Manager for the duration of our partnership. Bluestem Account Managers are responsible for understanding the details of your job or program from A to Z and serve as your internal advocate at Bluestem. If there are internal production or other issues at Bluestem, Account Managers work with production or management staff to ensure the issues are resolved and the job is processed timely and accurately.

In the event there are client related issues, you will be contacted by your Account Manager and asked to help assess and resolve problems to ensure the job is completed timely and accurately.
