Bluestem Integrated LLC is a print, fulfillment and distribution provider with facilities in Tulsa OK and Little Rock AR. Bluestem has broad traditional and digital print production and distribution capabilities with a national footprint.
Bluestem routinely handles print, kit and distribution programs for national, regional and local clients with one location or up to tens of thousands of locations. Bluestem’s facilities are within a 3 day ground destination of 90+% of the U.S. population. Bluestem can reach shipping destinations all over the continental U.S. on a very cost effective and rapid basis.
Bluestem has proven experience executing straightforward, traditional print projects or creating, building and executing large, complicated and unique specialty print and distribution projects or programs.

Meet the Team
Hal Salisbury
President/Owner
Hal is the President and sole owner of Bluestem Integrated, LLC. Hal has served in a management or owner capacity in the printing industry since 2002.
Hal has a deep background in lean manufacturing processes and leads Bluestem’s strategic development and initiatives to grow and expand into services and products naturally extending from or to its core printing and logistics businesses.
Hal and his wife live on a ranch in Osage County, Oklahoma. Hal’s wife has a successful 30+ year old retail and interior design business in Tulsa OK. They have three grown children. Hal is actively involved in his community and in industry associations and organizations. Hal is a current or past board member and has served in leadership roles for numerous non-profit organizations and printing associations and organizations.
Blake Hendrickson
Chief Operating Officer Tulsa Plant
Blake Hendrickson is the Chief Operations and Innovations Officer at our Tulsa Plant. Blake oversees all manufacturing and administrative operations in our Tulsa Plant. Blake also leads our innovation initiatives with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and automation applications.
Blake has over 25 years of expertise in offset and digital pre-press, print production, and finishing. Blake joined Bluestem Integrated in 2008 as a Production Manager. Blake was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2014. Innovation Officer was added to Blake’s job description in 2024.
Blake is an active father of a college age daughter and high school age twin sons. Blake spends most of his time traveling between college events with his daughter and high school sports events with his twin boys.
Doug Billups
Chief Operating Officer Little Rock Plant
As the Chief Operating Officer at our Little Rock Plant Doug Billups oversees all manufacturing and administrative operations in our Little Rock Plant. Doug graduated with distinction from Cardinal Stritch University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management.
During his 30-year career in the print industry, Doug Billups has helped build and lead many high-growth, transition, and start-up manufacturing operations. He has worked in numerous senior leadership positions, including serving as a Plant Manager for a $70-million printing company.
Doug is a proud father to two grown sons. When he’s not at work, Doug enjoys playing golf, taking road trips in his Corvette, and attending major league baseball games.
Kevin Conrad
Production Manager Tulsa Plant
Kevin Conrad has over 35 years of experience in the printing industry. Kevin joined Bluestem in 2022 and manages all print, finishing and distribution operations in Bluestem’s Tulsa Plant.
Kevin has deep and broad lean manufacturing experience and leads Bluestem’s lean initiatives and implementation in the Tulsa Plant. During his short time at Bluestem Kevin has significantly improved accuracy, efficiency, quality, on-time delivery and reduced waste throughout the Tulsa plant utilizing lean tools and processes.
Mike Little
Production Manager Little Rock Plant
Mike Little has over 40 years of experience in print production and operations. Mike started his printing career in 1985 and joined Magna IV Color Imaging in 1989. Mike has served in multiple production and management roles during his time with Magna IV. Mike was promoted to Production Manager of the Little Rock Plant when Bluestem Integrated acquired Magna IV in 2022.
Mike oversees and manages all print production and distribution operations in our Little Rock Plant.
Outside of work, Mike participates in recreational scuba diving and holds many accreditations in competition shooting. He coaches youth clay shooting sports, sharing his devotion for the craft with the next generation.
